I had a wonderful experience.
Being a Sydney sider myself, I admire intensely the encounter with people that follow their dream, listen to their hearts, and create something amazing.
What makes this experience unique?
Rodney initiated the whole “ farm bug“ , ( the need to move from the big cities and live in a farm )where all chefs from the main land have followed. It is the first and only authentic cooking school farm introducing you to the real deal, putting the standards super high for others to follow.
Fly to Hobart, and do not hesitate to enter the world of the Agrarian Experience.

I did the Agrarian Experience which was a full day session and gave me so many new techniques and tips in cooking.
Rod was very patient with us while we asked many questions and asked him to repeat things. We got to tour the beautifully kept garden and pick all of our ingredients for the days cooking ahead.
You get to keep the recipes of what you cook that day and then get to enjoy your lunch that you've just made.
